The OPAC office skills testing software contains a combination of over 50 computerized live and simulated modules from typing and data entry to medical, financial, and legal tests. “Live” tests interact with the actual versions of software found on your organization’s computer system. Simulated tests provide testing that closely resembles current versions of software used in offices, using relevant screens, quick keys, and methods for completing tasks just as a user would on the live software.
Each of the tests can be run through a basic content validation study at your location with your subject-matter experts (SME) using the included Validation Wizard.
In addition, users can create custom true/false, multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, and keyboarding tests with the Test Writer. Guess What? That’s right…the Test Writer is also included in the OPAC software package.
