OPAC Software Updates & Upgrades

We develop updates and upgrades for OPAC to keep it current with emerging technologies and to give you, our valued CritiCall user, the best personnel selection software available.
Updates are fixes or patches that address issues related to specific versions of OPAC. Updates are typically made available online via this web page for download. See below for the updates that are currently available.
Upgrades are major version changes that contain significant revisions and/or additions to the software (such as new tests, new or enhanced features, and so on). Upgrades are typically available through the password-protected OPAC User's Group web pages, unless the file is too large to download. If the upgrade is too large to download online, a CD-ROM containing the upgrade is sent to each user.
In order to continue providing reliable, high-quality products and services, we typically retire older versions of OPAC when upgraded versions become available. Retiring older versions allows us to focus our resources on enhancing OPAC and providing the best possible support. The most recent version of the OPAC program is 9.6. Only limited technical support is available for earlier versions of OPAC.
